10mm Outdoor Modular Screen - ODQ10-R

The ODQ10 has become the industry standard system for many of the world’s leading rental companies – utterly reliable and superbly consistent.

The ODQ10 has for many years set the standards by which all outdoor rental systems are judged. The mechanical design makes installation easy yet is strong enough to deliver years of trouble-free service on the road, as witnessed by millions of spectators every year at events from desert racing to alpine skiing. Versatility is designed in to the 10mm modular screen allowing for installations unaccessible by the standard mobile packaged screen. For music this allows for the modular screen to be integrated with a set either by hanging or stacking, whilst for outdoor sports such as Alpine Skiing it allows for the modules to be transported by Helicopter up Mountains! Due to its fantastic contrast level, faithful colour reproduction, unrivalled uniformity and Mitsubishi’s unique Dynamic Pixel technology, ODQ10 will out-perform other products of higher pixel pitch. This combination of performance and versatility makes ODQ10 a superb addition to any hire fleet. Our Natural Colour Matrix™ system delivers true colours and clean whites from source and our ASPECT™ technology maintains sharpness in images for both video and text – vital in world class sports and entertainment applications.

Dot pitch verses pixel pitch
Dot pitch refers to the physical distance between each LED. Pixel pitch refers to the distance between each group of red, green and blue LEDs that comprise a single pixel. In screens using 3 LEDs, dot pitch and pixel pitch are the same. In screens using 4, they are sometimes different due to a technique used to increase the perceived resolution of the screen called "pixel sharing" or "virtual pixel". In this technique, a "new" pixel is created by sharing 2 colours from the pixel on either side
